KALEN Automation offers magnetic proximity sensors in cylindrical, rectangular and compact housing styles for magnetic position detection in industrial automation. Choose a housing that fits your mounting space, magnet travel path and machine layout. We can review different sensing distances and discuss NPN / PNP outputs, NO / NC switching, 3-wire / 4-wire configurations, cable or connector connections and DC supply requirements where supported by the selected model. To select a magnetic position sensor, share the magnet type, dimensions, orientation and mounting gap, together with the required switching position. For packaging machinery, actuator position checks or moving-part monitoring, include the motion speed and controller connection. This information helps us assess the sensor and magnet arrangement before recommending a model. OEM/ODM enquiries are welcome for machine builders and distributors. Available Options

Magnet & sensing distance

Provide the magnet type, dimensions and orientation, plus the required sensing distance. Confirm the switching gap for the actual sensor and magnet combination.

NPN / PNP output

Specify the output required by your PLC or controller. NPN/PNP availability depends on the selected model; request its wiring diagram.

NO / NC switching

Tell us whether normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) operation is needed. Confirm available switching configurations for the selected model.

3-wire / 4-wire

Share your required wire configuration and controller connection. These configurations are model dependent; ask us to confirm a compatible sensor.

Cable / connector

Request a cable or connector connection and provide cable length or connector details. Confirm availability before ordering.

DC supply voltage

Provide your required DC voltage. Confirm the recommended model’s rated operating voltage, output and electrical limits.

Confirm dimensions, compatible magnets, switching distance and electrical specifications for the exact model. Housing photographs do not establish thread size or a particular output configuration.
