Capacitive Proximity Sensors

KALEN Automation offers capacitive proximity sensors in cylindrical and flat rectangular housing styles for industrial material detection. Choose a housing that fits your mounting space, target position and machine layout. We can review different sensing distances, NPN / PNP outputs, NO / NC switching, 3-wire / 4-wire configurations, cable or connector connections and DC supply requirements. Available combinations depend on the selected model. For solid material presence checks, container level monitoring or packaging machinery, share the target material, size and required detection position. If detection is needed through a container wall, include the wall material and thickness, the contents and any moisture or residue conditions. These details help us assess suitability and recommend a model. OEM/ODM enquiries are welcome for machine builders and distributors. Sensing distance

NPN / PNP output

Specify the output required by your PLC or controller. Confirm model availability and the correct wiring diagram.

NO / NC switching

Tell us whether normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) operation is required. Available switching configurations depend on the model.

3-wire / 4-wire

Provide your required wire configuration and controller connection. Ask us to confirm a compatible model.

Cable / connector

Request a cable or connector connection and share cable length or connector details. Confirm availability before ordering.

DC supply voltage

Provide your required DC voltage. Confirm the recommended model’s rated operating voltage and controller compatibility.

Confirm the exact model’s thread size, dimensions, sensing distance and electrical specification before ordering. Illustrated housing styles do not establish compatibility with every material or installation.
